- Account information, such as your username, avatar, authentication ID, and friend code.
- User content, such as photos, prompt chips, English replies, reactions, and duo room activity.
- Friend and room information, such as friend requests, duo rooms, group rooms, streaks, and XP.
- Device information needed for app features, such as Expo push notification tokens.
- Basic technical logs used to diagnose crashes, update issues, and app reliability problems.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your Snaplish account.
- To send and receive photo challenges, replies, reactions, and friend requests.
- To maintain social gameplay features such as duo rooms, streaks, XP, and notifications.
- To improve app reliability, safety, and performance.
- To respond to support requests and enforce our app rules.
Photos and User Content
Snaplish uses your camera and photo library only when you choose to capture or select a photo for a challenge. Photos and replies may be visible to the friends or rooms you send them to. Do not send content you do not want others in that room to see.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Snaplish may send playful alerts for friend requests, received challenges, replies, reactions, streak warnings, and related gameplay events. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers to run app infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, notifications, and hosting. These providers process information only as needed to provide Snaplish.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Snaplish, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain app safety. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us.
Children
Snaplish is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Snaplish, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so please use care when sharing photos or personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Snaplish changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on this page.
